Sam Nevel has lived in Miami-Dade County for the past 67 years and began working as a real estate salesman from 1959 to 1960 for Abbot Realty Inc. Started the real estate brokerage firm of Rosenfeld and Nevel in 1963. In 1964 started Sam B. Nevel, Inc. and began syndications, joint-venture and complete development of various projects. Completely involved in the purchase, syndication, joint-venture, zoning, development and redevelopment, construction, financing, leasing, management, and sale of commercial, office, residential, vacant land, and mobile home park properties both as a broker and as a principal for various properties throughout the state of Florida.
