Sam B. Nevel Inc was founded in 1964 by Sam B. Nevel. Michael Nevel began working with the company in 1974. Sam B. Nevel, Inc. has been developed with a "hands on" approach together with our architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

The company specializes in the purchase, syndication, joint-venture, zoning, development and redevelopment, construction, financing, leasing, management, and sale of property both as brokers and as principals, for commercial and residential properties. Our collective experiences, in a wide range of Real Estate, afford us the ability to identify and respond to off-market opportunities as they present themselves over time.
