  • Purchased/Constructed/Lease/Manage/Renovated - 33,060 sq. ft. shopping center located on Bird Road and SW 87th Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida containing OfficeMax, Pollo Tropical, and local tenants. Site planned the redevelopment of the Pollo Tropical location and the development of the OfficeMax store after the complete destruction of the previous tenant as the result of a fire in 1991 (1977-Present)
