• Purchased/Constructed/Lease/Manage - 13,000 sq. ft. strip shopping center located on Coral Way and SW 107th Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida containing local tenants. Site planned, constructed, leased and continue to manage (1976-Present)
• Purchased/Leased/Managed/Renovated - 8,000 sq. ft. office building located at 2500 Douglas Road, Coral Gables, Florida (1976-1984 sale)
• Purchased/Constructed/Lease/Manage/Renovated - 33,060 sq. ft. shopping center located on Bird Road and SW 87th Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida containing OfficeMax, Pollo Tropical, and local tenants. Site planned the redevelopment of the Pollo Tropical location and the development of the OfficeMax store after the complete destruction of the previous tenant as the result of a fire in 1991 (1977-Present)
• Purchased/Lease/Manage/Redevelopment - Purchased site consisting of a 24,400 sq. ft. shopping center located on North Kendall Drive and US 1, Pinecrest, Florida containing Benihana, Payless Shoes, Food Spot, and local tenants. Coordinated the termination of all leases and completion of a long term NNN land lease with CVS Drugs for the entire 77,000 square foot site. Coordinated with CVS, site plan approval, the demolition of existing structures and construction of new building (1977-Present).

• Purchased/Site-planned/Developed infrastructure/Leased - 42 Acre mixed use office-retail development located at Flamingo Road and Sheridan Street, Pembroke Pines, Florida. Development included culverts, all interior roads, drainage, and lift station. Leases included Eckerd Drugs, Fresh Market, Goodyear, with sale to Shell Oil and LA Fitness. (1995-2000 sale).
